What comes in my Jewelbits box?

Every Jewelbits box subscription comes with two to three hand-selected, boutique jewelry pieces based on your selected style. Our pieces are designed to be worn separately or together. The average retail value of each box is about $125, but you get it for $39 or less!

Why only two to three pieces?

One word: Quality. Who needs five pieces of junk they’ll never wear!? Not us…and not you. We send high quality, hand-picked jewelry you’ll be certain to wear for years to come.

Do I get to keep the jewelry?

Yep. I know it’s hard to believe...$39 for $125 worth of jewelry...but the jewelry is yours to keep, wear, and look fabulous!

When do I get my box?

We send out your jewelry within 48 hours GUARANTEED. We like instant gratification...am I right ladies?!?

Can I change my jewelry style?

Sure thing. We like tasting a “bit” of everything too. Simply login and change your JewelBits style whenever you want and we’ll send you that style on your next delivery!

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Just go to your account and click "Cancel My Subscription." We'll stop sending your Jewelbits box pronto. Just make sure you’re not within 7 days of your next delivery. We’re usually picking out your new pieces at that time.

Is there a fee to cancel to my subscription?

Nope. Nada. We’re trying to keep this simple, ladies. Sign up for what you want, for as long as you want. That’s it.

Are there any other costs or hidden fees?

No. All you pay is your subscription fee. There are no shipping or handling fees for the monthly box. There is one potential exception for those in NY, NJ, MA and VA…sales tax may apply.

Am I able to put my subscription on hold?

Not technically. But if you’re on our monthly plan and need to skip a month or two, you can simply cancel your recurring subscription and then re-sign up when you are ready to start receiving boxes again.

Is Jewelbits available outside the US?

We ship to Canada now too! But in full transparency, boxes shipped to Canada will have an additional $10 fee. (It's the USPS, not us. Sorry about that.) If you're outside of the US and Canada, sign up for our mailing list and we'll let you know when we're shipping elsewhere.
